I can't say enough good things about my experience with Flying Bike! The bike itself is super user friendly and the trails are so pretty along the french broad. The staff were extremely helpful and I think their prices are totally fair. It's nice to do with a group because everyone can decide for themselves how easy or hard the ride is going to be! As someone who had never been on an E-Bike, I found the Flying Bike Guides to be safe and informative, and the tour was a ton of fun. The perfect activity for Groups coming to town whether you are interested in history, architecture, scenery, or just want to enjoy the outdoors. Great for all ages and ability levels!

My team of 16 aerial adventure guides and I rented bikes and had an absolute blast touring Asheville! The year prior, we took a guided tour which was phenomenal. This year we decided to strike out on our own so that we could grab lunch at White Duck Taco, grab a drink at New Belgium, and ride around the River Arts District. Both years, this experience has been a staff favorite and one of the major highlights of our trip. Torin and his team are always professional, friendly, and super fun. Anna-Marie was our rental guide this year and she was so awesome! I highly recommend checking them out! You won't be disappointed!

Endless gratitude to Hood Huggers International and Flying Bike Tours for making this ride happen 🖤 We got to share time in community, learning about Black history in Asheville and where to go from here from DeWayne Barton from Hood Huggers International. We also stopped by Southside Community Farm to highlight the important work they’re doing for the community, and by Noir Collective to check out the fantastic gallery space that Alexandria has been curating. And we met up at Good Hot Fish after the ride to eat some truly spectacular food (y’all go support the Black owned businesses!) So many smiles and so much connection was possible because of the generous support of Flying Bike Tours who provided free bike and e-bike rentals for participants (check out the snazzy bikes!) We believe in joy through bikes for liberation, and that’s what happened today.

The e-bike tour was outstanding! Our tour guide Peter was phenomenal. Not only did we see the best highlights of Asheville, our guide made it fun. He was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Anyone visiting Asheville should try this tour. The bikes are easy to use and make the hills effortless. The tour gives you a good perspective of the best the city has to offer.

Torin and the folks from Flying Bike are awesome! They immediately supported our organization, the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy, as well as hosted a Black History Bike Ride through Alexander, NC. They sent staff, and bikes, and were willing to help us out in any way they could. We really appreciate them being helpful and constructive members of our community that are dedicated to accessibility and equity!
