Hello from The Flying Bike!

We just wanted to reach out and say thank you!

Thank you for taking a tour, renting a bike, sharing a review, or spreading the word. We’ve met so many wonderful people from all over the US and the world. It’s a huge part of the joy of this work we’re doing, and we are so appreciative of your support!

After our first summer as Electro Bike Tours, we spent the off-season rebranding the business. We worked with some amazing coaches to help craft our core values, mission, and vision. Out of this work came our new name: The Flying Bike. We got a new fleet of bikes, added cargo bikes to carry passengers, moved into a brick & mortar space, and fine-tuned our customer experience.  If you’d like to hear more about how we got started, please visit Our Journey.

We have even more changes underway for this season! We now have our own personal mechanic to make sure our bikes are always in top condition. We expanded our bike rental options and hours, including a new 2-hour rental option. We have a creative team working on some amazing new tours this Spring and Summer.

Finally, our shop at 225 Coxe Ave is getting a major facelift. With a bright and shiny – and Asheville inspired – space inside and new signs and a mural outside, we are hoping our space will soon match the customer experience we provide with our tours and rentals.
